Ownership of Equipment and Goods
- Equiptment hired remains the property of Palmer
Catering and Equiptment Hire at all times.
- Ownership of goods purchased transfers only when
Palmer Catering and equipment receives
full payment.
Hire Charges
- Payment in full is requiredto be made at the commencement
of the hire or in advance except where account facilities
are agreed
- The hire charges are base on all equipment returned
to us rinsed and free from all surplus food
- All damages/ shortage or breakages charged for
at full replacement cost.
- The deposit/ less costs for breakages or losses,
will be returned by post once hired items have been
checked.
- Where the deposit is not sufficient to cover the
replacement cost/ the hirer is liable for the balance.
- The hirer will sign and acknowledge receipt and
delivery/handover.
- The hirer is responsible for the safe and correct
operation of equipment.
- All goods must be returned in their original boxes
to avoid additional charge.
- Soiled equipment can be returned with the understanding
that a 36% charge will be levied (furniture and linen
excluded).
- Palmer Catering and Equipment Hire reserve the
right to change any price without the need to give
prior notice.
